Legal Question in Banking Law in India

Sir/Madam I have given cheque to one party which has got bounced and i have received the summons but i have not attended because i belong to hyderabad and case is at moga punjab and then bailable warrants issued and i honoured at hyderabad with 1 surity and 5000 dd in fvour of the court still i need to provide surities at moga to present in the court on next hearing please advise me

Dear Sir / Madam,

Instead of getting into more complications, it is advisable and better to settle and pay up the value of the cheque with some additional compensation for delay and close the matter.

It is advisable to pay up, if you are liable to pay. Prima facie it seems you are liable.
