Legal Question in Banking Law in India
sir,one of my staff was working in my company.due to some problems my co. was closed due to some losses.in that period one of my staff IN MY ABSENCE HAS TAKEN BLANK CEQUE SIGNED FROM MY DRAWER AFTER FOUR YEARS HE FILED A CASE THAT I HAVE TAKEN A LOAN FROM HIM AND I HAVE NOT PAID.AND DUE TO NO TRANSACTIONS IN THE BANK BANK CLOSED MY SAVING ACCOUNT WITHOUT ANY INTIMATION .CAN I WIN THIS CASE ON ANY GROUND .I WILL BE VERY THANKFUL FOR YOUR ADVICE

we cannot guess the outcome of the case which is solely due to your carelessness in leaving signed cheques accessible to others. Better take the assistance of local lawyer and fight out the case.
