Legal Question in Banking Law in India
Sir,
We are a finance company and we are financing to Indian citizens only. A customer has given post dated cheques of NRE Savings bank account.
Can we proceed against him legally initiating sec-138 incase of his cheuqes get bounced for the reason Insuffucient funds as like other normal bank account holders?

you can proceed against him but in case he is not in india, you may have some procedural difficulties in serving the summons to him.
