Legal Question in Banking Law in India
I have taken SSI loan 7 lakhs .in the year 90 ,i could not start the company ,so bank is filled two cases,1 Cbi I , 2 Civil,i was going to cbi case for the past 10years now i could not go from the past 8 years.now can i file a quash the cbi case in high court
