Legal Question in Banking Law in India
our is SSI unit. is closed since 1996 as MD of the bank was refused for re-new of CC account and also stopped other accounts. we are ladies enterprenars. Since 2002 we requesting bank to apply OTS scheme to both CC and term loan accounts. It is co-Op bank. Bank has accepted the said scheme. They have settled several accounts under the scheme. And we are not availing the same.
Question : Name the Authority to whom we ask for this discrimination ?
