Whether any stamps should be affixed in the letter of disclaimer on affidavit?

The same has to be executed in Non Judicial Stamp Paper

It has to be typed or printed on Stamp paper. However if it is executed on plain paper and not to be used in a court of law, it can be affixed with stamp by the Superintendent of Stamps or the official authorized for such purpose by the State Government concerned.
