Legal Question in Banking Law in India

the state back of india edi bazar branch (hyd) is our tenant they do not have a rental agreement registered and are completely denying the rents which is our right .the bank landed in our property with out a legal agreement from day one and no body is willing to solve the problem in sbI.its been 13 years now this situation is continuing plz advice.+918790526180

Dear Friend,

I strongly believe that something is missing in your statement. As far as my knowledge and stint goes, no bank takes a property on rent without any formal agreement. Still I would like to request you to please explain in detail, so that we can try to assist you; as if what you are saying is 100% correct, then we can file a suit for eviction in the court of law.
