What is the statutory limitation period to file Sec.138, of N.I. Act complaint from receiving acknowledgment of delivery on postal application letter?

it should be filed within 45 days from the date the respondent receives the notice.

you have to allow 15 days for him or her to make payment. if he doesnot pay within 15 days from the date of receipt of notice, cause of action will arise to you. then you can file complaint within 30 days. [email protected]
