Legal Question in Banking Law in India

HELLO I STAY IN INDIA.I HAVE PROBLEM WITH POST OFFICE OF KARADI,dist.NAVSARI (GUJARAT),INDIA.

My case

My uncle (fathers brother) has die in few years back after that my ant also die ,they dont have children ,he has one account in sub post office of karadi village and he wrote 3 nominees in his account like he put some ruppes in fund for maturity in those 3 nominess name .now in this month that fund is mature,but the problem is nominees dont remamber the date when it is started,one women stolen this papers from uncles home ,now she is not nominee or nither she has any connection with ma uncle ,she is demanding some lakh rupees from us to give that paper back as she will not give that paper's with that in that post office some officers are also with her bcoz she gave money to put her side safe ,and in the office also they are not giving proper answer to us that what to do or not even they cant talk with us face to face ,can u plz suggest the solution what to do we r very confused in this no one is guiding us properly .m really thankful to you .

Hello,

What details you have regarding his women ?

File Police complain against her.

If, you doubt any post office employee in this, file a complain against him/her also.

Write an application explaining everything to Post office head including the fact that these three are true nominee with photocopies of their identification.
