Stop Payment of cheque
i have made stop payment of cheque and because of that it got bounce, what will be the result

If you are liable to make payment of money represented by the cheque issued by you, the payee can initiate criminal proceedings against you after serving a notice of demand.
You are advised to send a letter of apology to the payee alonwith a bank draft for the cheque amount.

You will be issued notice under Sec.138 N.I.Act by the payee for the dishonour of cheque and further follow up under that Section

depends on the other party whether he puts a case against you u/s 138 NI Act or not
