Legal Question in Banking Law in India
I have taken taken a study loan from a allahbad bank & the senior manager at bank constantly misbehaves my father, has taken my signature on few blank documents and doesn't forward any intimation regarding loan subsidy from government or any other intimation from RBI even when we ask him verbally. The level of m,ental harassment is more than enough to tolerate whenever we have gone to bank to ask for the installment fees. can Banking ombudsman cover such cases of mental agony, non-intimation of any imortant information & misguiding us.
