Legal Question in Banking Law in India
i submitt a cheque of my mother cheque book in bank
the bank quote 'signature differs'
and the keep this cheque and call mother to ask about this, mother says that i dont given such a cheque to son...
then what shall the bank will do??? is the bank inform police or any other problem???

Yes the bank should inform the police and file a complaint against you. But i feel bank will not do this against you as your mother is not keen to file any complaint against you.
