Succession Certificate from court
We have to claim some fixed deposit amounts from banks in the name of my late father
they are asking about succession certificate,
could u please advise how to obtain and procedure.

You may want to engage a local lawyer for obtaining succession certificate by filing appropriate application with the authorities concerned.

It is an application to the competent court. However to obtain the same you may have to take help of an advocate where your father last resided.
