Legal Question in Banking Law in India
Suppose DRT has ordered Mr.X to pay an amount of L/ Rs.(say 100 ) and by 31 May and the Mr.X
was able to pay an amount of Rs.40 only. Meantime bank has approached DRAT for reconsideration after the prescribed time limit and DRAT was of the view to settle the matter with mutal understanding. the next date of hearing is first week of June. Question is whether the DRAT will vacate the stay and issue the instant order for possession of the properties of Mr.X.
