Legal Question in Banking Law in India
I was suspended by the State bank Of India on 16.07.2008. and no grounds of susupension intimated to me . no chargesheet served to me uptill now. I have written 5 letters/appeals to the bank authoritities to revoke supension but they intimated me on 26.08.2009 that the Bank will take disciplinary action me. Please advise what to do?

Issue notice and file Writ for reinstatement.
file an appeal against suspension. Depending upon whether you are a workman staff or supervisory/officer cadre, seek the help of the Union/Association office bearers' help to guide u in the matter.
