Legal Question in Banking Law in India

While taking a document on stamp paper, a mistake occurred in the second page thereof taken on stamp paper. The matter typed therein was therefore scorred off and the matter was again typed on the back side of the stamp paper and the balance matter was printed on a white sheet. Will the document become invalid or doubtful in the eye of law. Is there any law which states that the contents of the document should not be wrritten on the back side of the stamp paper .

Is the document registered or unregistered? Usually a correction if signed by the parties at the place of correction is taken as valid. There are other methods also to check if corrections made to a document are valid or not.

Your document will have to be examined to give a final opinion.
