what is the time period for taking physical possession of the property, after issuing notice under section 13(4)

there is no time prescribed in the Act or rules. However it has to be done within three years from the expiry of 60 days of the receipt of notice to avoid bar of limitation

Only after a legally valid notice, the limitation will begin to run.
