Legal Question in Banking Law in India
Someone told me to sign as a witness in bank . Now after five years patsansta send me notice and says i m guaranter of that person for his 50000 loan . And i refuse to take register post notice. Waht can i do. And what action patsanstha take now?

yours is a cock and bull story. who is that someone who asked u to sign as witness. I don't understand what you mean as 'patsansta'. If you don't receive registered notice and give a proper reply, you will have to suffer all action that patsanstha can take against you
