Legal Question in Banking Law in India
my uncle has died and he had done the FD with the cluse either or surviour . so my question is that can we ask the money directly from the bankers by showint the death certifiate and the other documents.plz help

yes, as the account is either or survivor, the survivor may claim the amount.

If you are the survivor of the two named in the account of your uncle, you can operate the account. Even otherwise in an either or survivor , either of the persons if living can operate the account even without producing the certificate of death of the other..
