Legal Question in Banking Law in India
My uncle was been passed away in hyderabad and he is tax consulatant. He has a demat account for shares where there is no nomination for that. I been asked the bank to submit a legal heir certificate.Can you please confirm how to get a legal heir certificate.

you have to get a succession certificate from the court in whose jurisdiction your uncle died or had his permanent residence. Consult local lawyer and proceed.
