Legal Question in Banking Law in India

Undated cheque (new question)

Thanks for your reply but why have they not returned my supposedly undated cheque and how do I really know my cheque is undated even if I make a new payment. Why should I be penalised. I would be very grateful if you could give me a reply here since they can misuse an undated signed cheque in their name.

Re: Undated cheque (new question)

As long as u notify the Bank of the cheque Nos. which u have signed blank or undated, they will not receive payment. Pl.consult a local lawyer with all details.
