Legal Question in Banking Law in India
I need to understand what is a compoundable expense and what is Form 5c in chargesheet ?
Background : There was a false FIR constituted against me under section 403 406 467 468 469 and after police investigation they have mentioned my name in Form 5c in chargesheet i.e. although named in FIR but not chargesheeted.
When we enquired with IO he mentioned that as offences in FIR were non compunding I can not be discharged from the case ; however as there no evidence we have mentioned your name under 5c
I wanted to understand your view ? I wanted to check whether this is correct ? Does it mean I am acquitted or I still need to face the trial ?
