Legal Question in Banking Law in India
I am unemployed since last 4 months and 11 EMIs of rs 7214/- are yet to be paid. I asked the bank to give me 2 months time so that i can arrange the fund with help of my PF withdrawal, but bank denied.
Now the person from bank is calling and threatening me.
Personal loan is given on base of employment. And , if i am unable to repay the amount for say 1 or 2 months, what is the solution?

They can recover by law not by force. If someone harrasintg u.u can give complaint to police and may file civil suit

seek a lawyer s help to issue out notice to the bank and recovery agent for illegally harassing you for dues instead of going through process of law.
