Legal Question in Banking Law in India
I Taken a unsecured loan from CITIbank AMOUNT OF 350000. BUT now my salary is very low and i am not a give of monthly emi of this amount. I pay of 8 emi 10600 amount and pending of 40 emi. so what i do now.
