U/Sec.138 of Negotiable Instruments Act in India, Whether the place of issuance of notice on the Accused for the offence of dishonouring the cheque issued by the legal counsel of the complainant be considered as the place of offence committed for the purpose of Jurisdiction of the Court for the submission of the complaint?

it is the place where the situate or the place where accused is residing or the cause of action arose and not the place where notice was issued.
