Legal Question in Banking Law in India
thank you verymuch sir..i am highly oblised but plz advice me if can pay my 12 month outstanding installment within next 45 days with penalty ..what should i do ...please tell me i am verymuch upset....and how much time it will take for them to attach property and waht is the legal process

Pay the defaulted instalments as much quickly as possible. I cannot say about the time limit within which the Bank may proceed further. Request the bank to bear with you. Consult a local Advocate in all these matters

it is advisable to pay the amount defaulted immediately as possible to stop attachment.
