Legal Question in Banking Law in India
i am a widow and an operated patient but a person had filed a cheque bounce case for only 30000 rupees, i want to repay the amount, but what shall i do now?

I am sure that person must have had sent you a notice and you could have paid him the said amount at that time.have you been called by the court now ? If yes ,then inform the court that you dont wish to litigate but to pay the amount and i am sure the court would help you to dispose of the complaint .

you may ask your lawyer to offer the complainant to settle the matter and compound the offence by paying the cheque amount.
