Legal Question in Banking Law in India
One widow woman having 2 doughters,working as medical reprasentative in our pharma shop,she use 50000-00 our shop money for his personal without our notice,after finding she is ask for 5 monthes time to back money,and she is given us 3 checks without date and amount,know she is not giving money back,when over we ask she is thrtaning us that she complaint with police what we are harashing her. what to do.

do not succumb to her pressure.
You may file your complaint to the police before even she complaints. You must fill out the cheques or ask her to fill them in your favour.
as advised earlier, you may compromise the case with her as she is a widow with two daughters. she may be unable to pay due to financial burden.
