Legal Question in Banking Law in India
My wife has done some money fixed before marriage.she has nominee attached to it.She could not changed the nominee after marriage.Can i claim money?

your question is not clear. If your wife died and she has not changed the nomination, you can claim the money, as her heir from the nominee who has received the same. If you are a Hindu and your wife died childless, you cannot claim the money as her parents or their heirs can claim the same, as having been provided by one of her parents.
