Legal Question in Banking Law in India
will i have any opposition from goverment of india if opened a bank only for open caste .....(brahmins and marathas )

Who will give you licence or approval to open such a bank in India.

I don't think that the RBI would permit opening such a bank exclusively for any particular community. Question of Govt. does not come as banks have to be licensed by RBI
