as long as you get vouchers for handing over the cash received from the bank on bearer cheques issued by your company and relevant entries made in books of accounts, you won't have problem. If proper accounting procedures are not in your company, you may be harassed by your employer if you are not able to satisfy by documentary evidence of the cash received by you is utilized for your employer's purpose
