Legal Question in Banking Law in India
i worked as Customer relationship executive in SBI as Contract for 2 1/2 years. Now i resinged my job on April 2010, but now all the contract employees become permanent on 14th july 2010. Is it possible to consider and rejoin in the same bank.

You don't have a legal claim to rejoin SBI either as contract employee or permanent employee, since you have on your own resigned the job earlier. Make an appeal for sympathetic consideration to them to take you back in their employment. It all depends on how they valued your past service and their present vacancy position.
