Legal Question in Banking Law in India
I was working in dubai and having loan on my credit cards issued by dubai bank in uae last year after recession i was send back to India without any notice rom my employer. Now the bank traced me in India and asking for the dues. I dont have any job now in India. what will I do, pls advise me

The Dubai Bank can only file a suit for recovery. If they try to coerce u through local recovery agents, make a police complaint as well as to RBI.
