Legal Question in Banking Law in India
I am writing this with reference to my previous question which is as below. My parents are married since 30 years and the torture is continuing since a few years after marriage.
"My father has a business in my mother's name, of which she is totally unaware. He made her sign in each and every documents forcefully and by severely torturing her physically and mentally. He also made her sign some bank loan documents, which my mother can never repay. He forcibly took away all the money my maternal grandfather gave her. Now nothing is left with my mother. Above all he is threatening her that he will marry again if she doesnt sign some more documents. We have tolerated everything since childhood and never dared to make a police complain. Please advise how to get out of this and save my mother."

your mother may file a complaint under domestic violence act against your father and she may also resort to civil suits for recovery of her properties. this would also be a good defence in third party claims.
