Legal Question in Bankruptcy in India
i dont have any assets fixed or moving,in my name.however my wife is doing business since 15 years and has assets on her name thease assets r aquired by her own income .
I am a prtner in a const co. which is having cases of recoveries lying in various courts .co.has no fund to meet the expences of court .I was also directer in one co. and signeed as guarenter for loan raised by the co. from banks n fin institutions .cases of recovery are in courts.I dont have any income source to meet the expences related to court.I am fully dependent on my wife n my son .But I am fad up with the court cases n want to get rid of all this.can declare myself as insolvent /bankrupt.What i have to do for this.I am from Indore in m.p.
