Cheque Bounce
When cheque is bounced, how to proceed legally ? (Some one owes me and he gave me cheque which is bounced)

Approach a lawyer in local area to issue notice u/s. 138 of the N I Act.

Take the cheque return and the memo with you and contact a lawyer who will issue a legal notice and the rest of the proceedings u/s 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act.
