Legal Question in Bankruptcy in India
Credit Card Payment
I had around AED 11000 on one bank's credit card and around AED 4200 on another banks credit card outstanding balance. I lost my job, I am now in india from last six months waiting for my employment visa from another company. I hope I will receive it by September 07. I am continously in contact with both banks through Email. I am afraid of being arrest on airport. Please suggest me how can I get rid or this tension. I have definite Job in Dubai in a very big company. I always tried to convey both bank officials that I will deposite the outstanding but right now I am not in a position to deposite. Please Inform me through Email.
