Legal Question in Bankruptcy in India
my employee did fraud with me of rs30lakhs and i have to make payments around 20lakhs to the companies and i dont have such money..what should i do??

in case the employee did fraud, you may go for FIR in this regard and the payment that you are supposed to make, challenge the same in the court on the strength of FIR.
