Legal Question in Bankruptcy in India

how to file for bankruptcy?

i had taken personal loan from a bank 2 years back. but from past one year i am out of job and completely broke. bank people come and harass me. if i file for bankruptcy can i get rid of them for the time being? when i am capable of paying them back i will pay but now i really need a break from bank people.

If anyone comes to you for the purpose of harassing you whether any person from the bank or any recovery agent for the bank,file a complaint before the police and ask the banker to follow the process of law.If you can do this there will be no need to file bankruptcy which has far reaching negative consequences.
