Legal Question in Bankruptcy in India
If I file for insolvency or bankruptcy, will it save me from dishonored cheques and any PL/Credit Cards of the past(3--5years old)?

well i need full information about it.. well this may help you. but you have to be very careful. coz all the assests has to be shown and then public notice.. etc... even after filling insolvency petition before insolvency judge and notice .. later 987284202.. call me.. adv aman sharma
