Legal Question in Bankruptcy in India
its it possible to file temporary bankruptcy. as i need two years time to repay loan.I was running an business and it got shut due to financial issues. i been asking some time for me to repay but they are not accepting the same. how can i handle this issue.I have a new business proposition with which I can repay them.

You may file civil suit in the court against the bank. For not recovering forcefully from you which give you some time
