does india have personal bankruptcy laws?
If a persons has huge losses in the stock markets and sold all this belonging.
Some are trying to recover the money using thugs. Does India have personal bankruptcy laws like the USA?

India does have bankruptcy law. Parliament has Enacted "Provincial Insolvency Act" 1920.
