Insolvency
After decleration of an insolvent /bankruptcy,can any bank file suit under NI Act or any creminal laws.
Please answer me at earlist.

Re: Insolvency
An insolvent may not be absolved from liability arising out of criminal offences. However, a suit for recovery may not be maintainable.
