Legal Question in Bankruptcy in India
i owe around 8 lakh to the credit card company as i have lost my job for more than six month i can not pay anything i have nothing to sell as ii live in my parents now do to financial distress someone told me to file bankruptcy but i dont know anything and now money collectors everyday show in my door.will you suggest me anything

Bankruptcy will also cost you money. You may better make efforts to settle the matter with the credit card company to avoid further costs/expenses.
