Legal Question in Bankruptcy in India
what if a person deliberately avoids notice under section 138 N.I.A..should it be presumed to be served??

in case the notice is refused, it is presumed service but in case the person not there, the summons can be affixed at a conspicuous place and it would be deemed service and then the bailable and non bailable warrants may be issued.
