Legal Question in Bankruptcy in India
personal loan
Hello
I took a pesonal of Rs.68000 for a tenure of 48mnths. I paid 32 emis n have not paid anything after that since 4yrs.
Now im a housewife and dont have a personal income.
will my husband be liable for paying loan, that i have taken before marriage?
What should I do now?

You should try to settle the matter amicably by bargaining for whatever interest waiver you get; you should consider making payment of the amount due at the earlier and settle the dispute.

Other one is not responsible for the liability of the debtor, but better advice is to settle matter with creditor.
