Legal Question in Bankruptcy in India
I have been selected with one of the largest company in india with good salary package. My bad luck is that I have a criminal record case 406,420,465,467,479. My employer is going to do background verification and i know they will terminate me because of my case. now i am very upset and it was 4 years back incident and i want to do job to live my life better but i can not explain my situation by words. please advise what should i do to clear C.I.D verification and how much time it takes. your advise can change my life and i will await for your response...
