Legal Question in Bankruptcy in India
I have signed my wifes cheque by mistake &given to financier.it is blank one how to solve if he goes to court by presenting cheque.in bank. account is closed.however he has taken 120000/ by my cheque.he is refunding cash not even cheques

you may file a civil suit restraining him from presenting the cheques in the bank.
