Legal Question in Bankruptcy in India
i have suffred stock market losses, a large part of which i have repaid. But the balance amount i am unable to, as financially completely stretched. Can the personal bankrutpcy law give me any relief and how?

Yes, if you are declared insolvent, you may avoid your liabilities temporarily.
