Legal Question in Bankruptcy in India
My wife and I took a mortgage loan for Rs.10 Lakhs. Now owing to poor income, we are falling behind our repayment schedule. Moreover, we are not able to meet the repayment with our present income. What do we do? Should we file bankruptcy? Will we lose our house which is our only property?

there is no point filing bankruptcy for such an amount when u also have a right in an immovable property. better hire a lawyer and defend your case in the court of law.
